FAN Consultant Training

Course Description:

This offering, FAN Consultant Training is a program of three levels: Level I: Core Training, Level II: Reflective Practice, and Level III: Integration Day.

The FAN Consultant Training will provide consultants training of the basics of FAN theories, applicable reflective tools, and consolidation of learning to sustain these new practices.

Level I: Core Training

Two-day training for consultants on the FAN theory of change, core processes, ARC of Engagement and attunement process with families.

Level II: Reflective Practice

Practitioners use the approach in their work for six months with the support of their supervisor. Practitioners complete FAN Reflection Tools monthly and process with their supervisor. Supervisors are mentored monthly by FAN trainers.

Level III: Integration Day

Cohort reconvenes to consolidate learning, learn advanced concepts, and develop strategies to sustain the approach in practice.
